YouthMAX, the youth program of the John Maxwell Team, is an initiative to empower and serve youth organizations around the world by helping them grow and develop to meet the ever-changing challenges in life. With this program, you can enable students and give them practical ideas on how to deal with their struggles in finding their identity, fearing failure, bullying, and more.

The YouthMAX Program will equip teachers with resources and word-for-word scripts to incorporate the following presentations into their lessons:

Stand Up and Be Counted (Anti-Bullying)
Learning to Fail Forward to Success
Developing a Positive Self-Image
Developing Strong Personal Character

Aside from having access to an entire 3-hour presentation by John Maxwell, educators will also be trained by a certified John Maxwell Team Speaker and Coach to effectively discuss these topics and empower the younger generation.
