2. Computation, e-filing, and payment of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax requirements like VAT or Percentage tax, Withholding taxes, and Income tax;
3. Preparation of other tax returns as required in the BIR Certificate of Registration (COR);

Compliance

1. Monitoring of government compliance requirements with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Local Government Unit (LGU), Social Security System (SSS), Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth), and Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF);
2. Preparation of annual General Information Sheet (GIS) for filing in SEC;
3. Assistance on business permits and registration matters. Additional fee shall be charged for the legwork involved;

Accounting and Bookkeeping

1. Guidance of the company’s staff in the updating of books of accounts in compliance to Philippine legal, tax, and accounting standards;

Audit and Consultancy

1. Assistance in the preparation of the Audited Financial Statements. Additional fees shall be charged annually for the conduct of audit and auditor’s sign off;
2. Consultancy on tax and accounting matters;

Payroll/Contracted Services

1. Monthly or semi-monthly computation of payroll/consultancy fees for up to a maximum of 5 employees/consultants/agents (P500 per head beyond 5 employees/consultants/agents), including the computation of benefits;
2. Preparation and filing of annual Alphalist (1604CF and 1604EQ) and BIR Forms 2316 and 2307 (P500 per head beyond 5 employees/consultants/agents).

These services shall be rendered by a team of at least one (1) Senior Accountant, one (1) Junior Accountant, and one (1) Liaison Officer.

Indicated price is the minimum fee.
