Teacher’s Development Program
Teaching, as time progressed, underwent a lot of changes. With the current advances in technology, knowledge-sharing between educators and students have been transformed through the purposeful use of technology. The classroom experience has been modified to be at pace with the new generation of learners; and with the introduction of a new instructional design and process to teachers, their training methods should also keep up.
Description
The Teachers Development Program by IL&FS focuses on Classroom Management, Pedagogy Training, Subject Training, Life Skills, and Certificate Course in Foundation Education (CCFE) which allow educators to make the teaching-learning experience more enjoyable. IL&FS leverages its expertise in providing ideas, professional advices, and techniques. It focuses on the improvement of class discussions, so that a greater number of students will be able to achieve an increased level of proficiency in core academic subjects like English, Mathematics, and Science.
The goal of this training is to create motivated lecturers that can deliver the curriculum and enable effective knowledge transfer. Lessons included are:

- Features of an effective lesson plan
- Motivation and attitudinal change
- Self-development – Role Effectiveness
- English Language Skills
- ICT in Education – computer-based learning
- Gender sensitivity and equity issues for social inclusion
